Human by nature.Intern (Production / Compounding) @ Woodlands - Your Future Position?Job Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Perform cleaning and housekeepingxc2xb7 Maintain personal hygiene in food industryxc2xb7 Carry out process and food products / materials / ingredients monitoring using established proceduresxc2xb7 Check or measure control pointsxc2xb7 Monitoring parameters to comply with legislative and organization requirements (e.g. cooking temperature, storage temperature, thickness of packaging materials, temperature of sealing bar of packaging equipment, etc)xc2xb7 Performing laboratory testsxc2xb7 Carry out hygiene checks / auditsxc2xb7 Perform proper waste management (Food, Chemicals, etc)xc2xb7 Comply with workplace safety and health requirementsxc2xb7 Operate laboratory / processing / packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures (which could include calibration)xc2xb7 Carry out corrective and preventive actions (e.g. inform supervisor when non-conformance is found)xc2xb7 Interpret relevant workplace documentsxc2xb7 Work instructionsxc2xb7 Rick assessment formsxc2xb7 Safety data sheetsxc2xb7 Company safety policiesxc2xb7 Maintain professionalism and good work ethicsxc2xb7 Carry out logging and documentation of findings, observation, data, inventory level, etcAt the end of the industrial attachment, interns will be able to:xc2xb7 Familiarize with Food Safety (HACCP)xc2xb7 Acquire knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)xc2xb7 Acquire knowledge on Lean and Quality Programs (5S, White Belt, Engrained Quality (Right First Time)You?
