Job Description

Basic Purpose and Objective of Job
Provide Service to Customer

  • Provide professional and courteous service to all customers
  • Handle customer feedback, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
  • Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
  • Answer incoming calls as per operations standard.
Perform Sales and Loan Transactions
  • Retail sales of merchandise comprising jewellery, branded timepieces and branded leather goods
  • Perform sales and loan transactions
  • Handle cash and negotiate items in accordance with the established policies, procedures and practices
  • Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise
  • Housekeeping of the store
  • Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management
Administration
  • Assist in stock documentation
  • Assist with simple procurement for the store - stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.
Any other ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
