We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join various departments including Field Marketing, Product, IT, Finance, and Customer Service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, understand business processes, and contribute meaningfully to departmental goals.
Interns will be attached to the business units, study operational workflows, and conduct analysis. At the end of the internship, interns are expected to present a proposal or report based on their observations and findings.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand departmental processes and workflows
Assist in day-to-day operations and project tasks
Conduct data analysis and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives
Prepare and present a final proposal/report summarizing internship insights
Support administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
IT savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
Student who study in or courses related to Operations Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management are welcomed to apply.
