Get to know the Team
The Singapore Marketing responsible for marketing efforts across multiple Grab services in Singapore, including but not limited to Grab Financial Group, GrabFood, GrabMart etc.
We work closely with various departments in Grab, from Business, Creative, Social Media, Account Management, Ops and Demand Planning to support and grow the different business streams. Our key stakeholders in the Grab community include regular end consumers in the Singapore market and our merchant partners, whom we strive to help thrive and grow their businesses together with Grab.
Get to know the Role
We are looking for an intern who is self-motivated, a quick learner, and able to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This particular role will be a part of the core team responsible for supporting the Deliveries (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress), Fintech business (GrabPay, GrabRewards, Pay later by Grab etc.), OR Social Media for all of Grab. The Day-to-Day Activities
Collaborate with brand and performance teams to support, amplify and execute marketing campaigns on social
Coordinate all outbound communications via our social platforms, effectively being accountable for a coherent editorial calendar to support all verticals in Singapore that upholds Grab's unique brand voice and narrative
Leverage social data to inform and support local cross-functional teams including Operations, Comms, and Customer Experience
Working with Comms Leads and the Creative Teams in the end-to end rollout, covering campaign strategy to execution, across channels
Scale content initiatives with external stakeholders - including publisher partnerships and influencer partnerships - based on Singapore's unique business requirements and customer needs
Liaise closely with the performance team to maximize the reach and impact analysis of all activity across channels
Lead the local measurement & reporting of social activity
Learning Objectives
Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns
Discerning between marketing channels and their effectiveness in a variety of use cases
Teamwork and project management across various stakeholders (creative, PR, marketing, business etc)
Data tracking and reporting of initiatives
The Must-Haves
Available from Jan - May 2023 (Full Time)
Undergraduate in a Marketing or Business related discipline
Excellent command and fluent in English
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
