Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.As an intern with the Special Opportunities Group team, which is part of our Private Equity Real Assets at CapitaLand, you will be working closely with the team in their day-to-day and monthly reporting updates. Successful candidate will be located in Singapore, supporting a team of Senior Investment Professionals.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough research on various scales (country, city, local area) and sectors, along with financial analysis of real estate markets and identifying key market trendsDraft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approvalAssist with management updates and investment reporting mattersPerform any other ad-hoc assignments as requiredRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Masters/Degree in Investments, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, or any other related disciplinesProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPossess basic knowledge of basic financial conceptsGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.
