This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professional.
As an Intern, Sustainable HVACs you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experience team members.

• Developing algorithms to minimize RAC energy cost.
• Model green energy supply (e.g. from a PV system) and develop solutions to maximize green energy use
• Validate concepts in Robert Bosch SEA Corporate Research HVAC testbed/lab and/or in virtual environment
• Execute and analyze experiment results with statistical tools to provide insights for further test and algorithm improvements
• RL and explainable AI
• Energy Management feature development for VRF and RAC

Qualifications

• Able to work full time for a period of 6 months (01.04.2025 to 31.10.2025)
• Educational background in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced in statistical data analysis and ML/AI tools
• Basic understanding of thermodynamics, thermal cycles, heat & mass transfer
• Knowledge of sensors, data acquisition, processing, and visualization
• Willing to perform hands-on experiments.
