Understand and assist with TA operational processes

Conduct candidate research to identify talent pool

Participate in TA process improvement projects Conduct test invigilation for potential candidates

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree holder Effective oral and written management and communication skills People-oriented, team player Effective time and workload management skills
