In the recruitment process, employer branding forms part of a candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience that we deliver as well.The Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern will be part of the Talent Acquisition team. This role will gain exposure to the recruitment process, collaborate with stakeholders of different lines of businesses in The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) on building a robust employer brand, and elevate Disney\xe2\x80\x99s candidate experiences.Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize engagement sessions/events for Disney Internships
• Support development and execution of talent acquisition marketing strategies to enhance TWDC Southeast Asia\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand presence
• Plan and propose content calendars for potential features
• Curate and design marketing assets (photography, videography, graphic designs) and engaging content for Recruitment Marketing efforts to showcase Disney\xe2\x80\x99s company values, culture, engagements and employee experiences through different platforms (i.e., social media, email newsletters, internal portals)
• Support recruitment processes on candidate sourcing and interview coordination

Intern Requirements:

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor\'s degree
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2025

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing is a plus
• Good copy writing, photography, video editing, and graphic design skills
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Design suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premier, After Effects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Creative and innovative individual
• Proactive and motivated with good learning agility and a growth mindset
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisation
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Passionate in Disney\xe2\x80\x99s branding
