Analyze historical defect data and inline detection logs to identify patterns of undetected failures. Investigate root causes for detection gaps and propose solutions (e.g., algorithm enhancement, inspection tool choice, sensor calibration, or new inspection logic). Develop and validate a prototype detection model or workflow using real production data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, Yield Enhancement, Process Integration) to integrate the detection into production systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing concepts (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams, good communication skills.
