SGX (Jan - Jun 2024) Spring Internship Programme

Brief Overview:

Technology Strategy and Planning Team is responsible for aligning technology investments with an SGX\'s business goals and objectives. The team is involved in defining the technology vision and strategy, overseeing strategic technology projects and programs, and assessing the overall impact of technology on the organization. The goal of the team is to ensure that technology is leveraged to support the organization\'s mission and drive its growth and competitiveness.

Learning Objectives:

The selected intern will have the opportunity to be part of the development of Technology roadmap, shaping the journey towards 2030. He/She will have the opportunity to research on industry trends and emerging technologies to see how new technologies can cater to current and future business needs.

He/She can look forward to work alongside CTO, Technology Heads, Business owners, Project Managers, to gain knowledge and exposure to market trends and business operations.

The candidate will have an opportunity to familiarize with emerging technologies and be part of the team that establishes the Technology Strategy Plans, working towards 2030.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and change management (e.g. communication) of SGX\'s Technology roadmap
• Provide support in the research and evaluation of industry trends and technology advancement
• Provide support in preparation of technology management reports, presentations and papers
• Collaborate with various teams in the organization on strategic technology projects
• Assist in technology budget and resource planning in relation to the SGX\'s Technology roadmap
• Participate in decision-making discussions at management level.
