Company DescriptionAboutThe Tech For Good Institute (TFGI) is a non-profit organization with a mission to raise understanding of issues and inform policy so that the promise of technology and the digital economy may be leveraged to advance inclusive, equitable and sustainable growth. TFGI serves as a platform for research, conversations and collaborations focused on SEA but connected to the rest of the world.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will develop article templates, manage content review cycles, and oversee production workflows, while collaborating with partners to create and amplify TFGI\'s content through articles, infographics, and social media copy.
• You will design visual assets and write copy for TFGI\'s social media and quarterly newsletter to enhance content reach and engagement.
• You will lead website optimisation to enhance user experience through tagging, engagement features, and routine maintenance with tracking metrics to evaluate the performance and reach of TFGI\'s research outputs
• You will implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and support TFGI\'s LinkedIn content strategy, promoting audience engagement through interactive posts and targeted outreach
• You will use content syndication to ensure distribution of research and articles across relevant channels for the project that you will implement across teams with public and private sectors in important Southeast Asian markets.
• You will support in TFGI events by taking notes, writing a post event summary, sending invitations letters and follow-ups.
• You will maintain the CRM platform and content repository

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Literacy on social and economic issues accelerated by tech-enabled business models in Southeast Asia
• Evaluate challenges and develop solutions
• Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
• Experienced at prioritising tasks, and project manage
• Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with SEO tools.
• Proficiency in using Canva
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics
