Get to Know the Role
The Tech For Good Institute in Singapore is looking for an enthusiastic and Digital Content and Engagement Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of using technology for social impact while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and content creation.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
This internship runs from January to May 2025, and you will be fully onsite.

• You will help with developing digital content strategies across multiple platforms
• You will create engaging and informative content for social media, website, and other digital channels
• You will collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas for digital campaigns
• You will support the management and scheduling of social media posts
• You will help design basic graphics and visual content for digital platforms
• You will analyse digital engagement metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance
• You will contribute to the maintenance and updating of the institute's website
• You will help to organise and promote virtual events and webinars
• You will research latest trends in technology for social good and digital marketing
• You will support other digital marketing and communication projects as needed

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Currently pursue a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
• Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools
• Experience with analytics tools and data interpretation
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in digital marketing or content creation
• Demonstrated interest in technology for social good
• Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Evaluate challenges and develop solutions
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
