About SG EnableAs the first-stop and focal agency for disability in Singapore, SG Enable raises awareness on disability issues and facilitates access to disability schemes and services. It brings partners together to share knowledge, collaborate and innovate, striving towards a common goal of building an inclusive Singapore and enabling lives. Set up by the Ministry of Social and Family Development in 2013, it is a registered charity and an Institution of a public character.About the DivisionEnabling Village is the first inclusive community space in Singapore dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities in society. Located in Redhill and managed by SG Enable, it brings together community amenities, lifestyle retail services and inclusive programming for all with a special focus on disability-inclusive training and employment for persons with disabilities. You will be part of the team that brings together like-minded stakeholders, community and corporate partners to drive meaningful inclusion and foster a vibrant, connected community for persons with disabilities, their caregivers and members of the public at Enabling Village.For more information on SG Enable, please visit https://www.sgenable.sg.Key Duties & Responsibilities / Work Areas1. Develop bank of marketing assets to support Enabling Villages tenancy and programming strategies2. Work with team to develop event marketing3. Support on event planning, marketing and logistics as part of Enabling Villages placemaking strategy implementation4. Conduct desktop research to support teams workRequirements

• Marketing, design/user experience development preferred

• Passion for driving inclusion and storytelling

• Attention to detail and creative, well-versed with design software (i.e. proficient in Canva or Adobe Photoshop, with a good eye for design)

• Independent thinker and proactive

• Strong project management / timeline management skills
