to join our
Growth and Intelligence Marketing
team to help shape the future of living--one thoughtful detail at a time.
From strategy to storytelling, Marketing powers brand and business growth at Castlery.
For this internship, we will require you to commit 3 to 5 working days per week for 6 months.
What you'll be doing:
Develop a strong understanding of
Castlery's brand identity, product offerings, and target customer segments
.
Identify and recommend
suitable influencers
for brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
Stay informed on
trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts
specific to the US market.
Manage
influencer communications and inbound enquiries
, with guidance and support from the team.
Contribute to
creative content ideation
for both evergreen campaigns and key sales periods.
What you'll need:
Solid understanding of major social media platforms--particularly
Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
--with up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, content formats, and trending audio/content in the
US market
.
Excellent command of English
, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated
project management capabilities
, with a proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
