Objectives of the Position
Be part of BASF\'s Voice of the Customer program, our methodology to listen to our customers\' feedback in a structured way, learn from it and inspire action to improve customer experience and grow our business. In this role, you will be working closely with the Director, Global Net Promoter System (NPS), as member of the global Program Management Office (PMO). You will get to learn more about developing a Voice of the Customer program, organize and execute change management activities to drive cultural change and create business value. Through this internship, you will have face-to-face interaction with the central team in Singapore and the Customer Experience community in Asia Pacific (to support workshops) as well as engage in virtual collaboration with the Customer Experience community in Europe and North and South America.
