Our client is is one of the world\'s leading aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) service providers.Job Summary:

• 5 Days Work Week
• AWS, VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with business owners and perform walkthroughs of systems or processes to identify key controls
• Plan and execute audit procedures for internal controls in a clear and efficient manner
• Test controls and ensure compliance with established best practices, policies, and procedures
• Engage in closing meetings with management to discuss findings for each assignment
• Prepare concise audit reports, highlighting root causes of identified issues and the associated risks
• Provide high-quality recommendations to address control weaknesses and enhance the control environment
• Develop and integrate data analytics into the audit process for enhanced testing and monitoring solutions
• Assist Group Internal Audit in the timely execution of the audit plan, including special reviews, investigations, and implementation assessments, along with other assigned tasks
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify the implementation of recommendations and assess the resulting improvements
• Foster a collaborative environment to share knowledge and promote best practices

To succeed and excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant audit experience, either in a Big 4 or mid-tier audit firm, or within internal audit, assurance, compliance, or in-house functions in related industries
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT (Information Systems), or an equivalent field
• Willingness to travel regionally for business, covering about 25% of the year (up to 3 weeks at a time)
• Some experience with data analytics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
