What the role is:Internal AuditorWhat you will be working on:

• Assist in the development of the risk-based audit work plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Design audit procedures with reference to industry best practices and standards \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct construction and operational audits and assess the internal controls, as well as the reliability and integrity of business operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide value-added recommendations to improve the governance, risk management and control processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage and communicate with relevant stakeholders throughout the audit and conduct follow-up reviews on the implementation of corrective actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate the audit outcome to Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Background in Civil/Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field, preferably with 3 to 5 years of working experience in internal auditing \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in relevant auditing and data analytics techniques and softwares such as Tableau, Building Information Modeling and SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment, and internal controls \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the emerging construction technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 An inquiring mind, strong team spirit, dedication, integrity, ability to multi-task, and good time management skills, and innovative in applying new techniques in auditing \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
