The CompanyOur client is a leading private equity firm in Asia. They are looking for Internal Control/Compliance Manager to join their Singapore office.

The RoleReporting to Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. You will work with multinational compliance team and have a good exposure to senior management. You will be primarily focus on improving company\'s process and policy adhere to MAS regulatory requirements and guidelines. Also, you will work on improving level of compliance procedure, internal control, developing and advancing a comprehensive risk/compliance monitoring program, and liaise with regulatory service providers, auditors. You will contribute developing, maintaining, and advancing a comprehensive portfolio risk monitoring program and portfolio company compliance monitoring.

Your Profile
You have 5 years of relevant internal control/compliance experience in big 4 audit firms, asset managers, or banking. You should have strong communications skills, sharp, and able to work with multinational team as well as external stakeholders. You should be proactive, highly motivated, and solution oriented.
