Job Summary:

• Basic up to $4300
• Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
• West Region
• AWS, Variable Bonus, Transport allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain customers\' accounts.
• Respond, follow up to customers enquiries and provide solutions to clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations.
• Timely update the project status to the customers.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly sales report.
• Conduct pre-production meeting.
• Coordinate between factory and overseas sales offices.
• Liaise with customers on technical specifications.
• Conduct contract review with the clients.
• Obtain accurate information before flowing down the order to engineering and production. Ensure all the client requirements is reflected in the prepare job sheets.
• Support in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum or any engineering related course
• 3-5 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment
• Presentation tools, CRM, Microsoft Office, ERP System. Knowledge on CAD tool (solid works, inventor or pro-E) and able to read technical drawings.
