StormX, a leading Web3 rewards platform, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide a seamless hiring experience to candidates. This is a fully remote contract recruiter position. The Technical Recruiter will have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with hiring managers and candidates. Experience sourcing candidates in South American and/or Asia is preferred, as StormX is a global company with a presence in multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Asia for technical positions, such as Data Architect, Sr. Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Sr. React Native Engineer, Sr. React Engineer, Sr. Node.js Engineers, and Sr. PM.
Conduct market research to understand the hiring landscape and identify potential talent pools.
Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers in Asia to create a strong talent pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, job postings, and candidate profiles that will attract the best talent in the market.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage recruitment metrics to track progress and provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing efforts, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications and fit.
Facilitate the interview process by scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from interviewers.
Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking in our ATS system.
Assist with other HR-related projects as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience sourcing and hiring top talent in South America and/or Asia for technical positions.
Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company is preferred.
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple departments.
Knowledge of ATS systems and experience managing candidate pipelines.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
