Job Description
:
International Law Firm would like to a hire a mid level associate to join their Singapore office. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on cross-border M&A, fundraising, and joint venture deals, particularly in the TMT and financial services sector.
Candidates will also benefit from a secondment opportunity to the firm's Jakarta office.
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 PQE; Admission in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or the U.S. Candidates who are dual qualified in Indonesia and another Commonwealth or US jurisdiction are most welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have top tier firm experience, particularly in Corporate M&A transactions.
- Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu language skills will be an advantage.
- Work well with people, including more junior team members who will depend on this role for guidance.
