Plus, every shopper can become a creator by posting their own video reviews of their purchases, and earn cash commissions through their content.Flip is expecting to launch in Asia in 2022 and looking for all-star members to join the Flip team.*
About the Role*The International team is seeking an enthusiastic Int'l Marketing Manager to support the local Flip creator strategy in the South East Asian markets. You will be responsible for understanding emerging creator communities, how they address FLIP's creator ecosystem needs, reaching out to these communities and developing them on FLIP as creators. This role requires a passion for creators, creativity and technology. The ideal candidate should be a rock star who is excited working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.The person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creator community, including creator onboarding, education, and management, content analysis and strategy, as well as marketing activations, partnerships and local social media activity as needed. You will manage a team of Country Marketing Managers, local territory Agencies, including local event and sponsorship marketing initiatives in each territory. You will be responsible for the planning, and execution of all territory marketing campaigns to ensuring we have exceptional growth month-over-month.The ideal candidate has recent experience in a similar role at a platform responsible for recruiting and managing influencers and creators, and a track record of building and managing high performance marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.You will report directly to the CEO of International and will be highly involved in the development and implementation of all partnership and marketing strategies. The highly motivated individual should contribute to our overall marketing success of our Brand.*
Responsibilities: *

  • Build and manage scaled creator initiatives to improve creator satisfaction and increase the supply of diverse, high-quality content on FLIP
  • Understand emerging creator communities, how they address FLIP's creator ecosystem needs, reaching out to these communities and developing them on FLIP as creators
  • Deep understanding of the FLIP creator ecosystem and a proven background in program development, creator communications, internal stakeholder management, and measurement of multiple multi-faceted programs
  • Identify diverse creator communities that are aligned to the creator community strategy using data and analytical insights
  • Be prepared to build strategies rooted in scale, leverage insights from data to make decisions, and work closely with stakeholders around the world
  • Drive strategy for set of strategic programs and initiatives to educate and inspire FLIP creators and drive quality content creation
  • Develop and experiment with a variety of live show formats for different creators to leverage for their live content
  • Set up workshops with creators to share insights, resources, and educate creators on best practices
  • Create organic partnerships opportunities to drive engagement and conversions from our existing content creators
  • Share best practices to help maximize video views, audience growth and creator retention
  • Ensure flawless development and execution of all our influencer marketing tactics and activations
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators including on-site creator workshop events, networking socials, and lead the partner (creator) promotions strategy to improve app and IOS ratings
  • Ensure global alignment on program strategies including program rationale, creator segmentations, project management, and success metrics
  • Analyze performance and impact of programs using data and analytics; present results to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales team to recognize and celebrate creator successes through on and off-platform activations
  • Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creators
  • Assist in management of key vendors, partners and agencies, maintaining relationships and strong communication amongst teams. While also tracking productivity and assuring that deliverables are timely and up to company standards
  • Assess effectiveness of all marketing initiatives using metrics to measure results, while providing formal recommendations to resolve any issues or shortcomings that may arise
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience building, scaling, and managing creator / influencer communities while effectively engaging with them
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills (English)
  • Creative thinking and mindset around content creation and optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously, while executing projects autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proofreading, and presenting
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with an innate sense of proactivity
  • Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
