About the Role*The International team is seeking an enthusiastic Int'l Marketing Manager to support the local Flip creator strategy in the South East Asian markets. You will be responsible for understanding emerging creator communities, how they address FLIP's creator ecosystem needs, reaching out to these communities and developing them on FLIP as creators. This role requires a passion for creators, creativity and technology. The ideal candidate should be a rock star who is excited working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.The person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creator community, including creator onboarding, education, and management, content analysis and strategy, as well as marketing activations, partnerships and local social media activity as needed. You will manage a team of Country Marketing Managers, local territory Agencies, including local event and sponsorship marketing initiatives in each territory. You will be responsible for the planning, and execution of all territory marketing campaigns to ensuring we have exceptional growth month-over-month.The ideal candidate has recent experience in a similar role at a platform responsible for recruiting and managing influencers and creators, and a track record of building and managing high performance marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.You will report directly to the CEO of International and will be highly involved in the development and implementation of all partnership and marketing strategies. The highly motivated individual should contribute to our overall marketing success of our Brand.*
