Role Overview

1. Sales & Customer Engagement


Support proposal development and client requests Learn CRM tools and assist with pipeline tracking Join client calls and understand how we build trust
2. Operations & Fulfillment


Process orders, coordinate logistics, and track deliveries Work with warehouse, finance, and account teams to ensure smooth execution Support preparation of samples and marketing kits
3. Sustainability & Impact


Assist in ESG reporting and social impact programs Help track sustainable materials, practices, and vendor compliance Contribute to internal green initiatives and storytelling

Who We're Looking For


Diploma graduate or final-year student in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar Must be based in Singapore Detail-oriented and curious, with a drive to learn Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus if you've seen ERP or CRM tools Great communicator -- written and verbal Enjoys working with people and solving problems Interested in sustainability and international business * Responsible, open-minded, and ready to grow
