Your key responsibilities:
The Business Analyst supports the Product Owner and the Regulatory & Risk squad in preparing and delivering requirements, specifics and other information or data. The job of the BA is essential in delivering high-end products and in supporting the squad in having all documentation detailed and well prepared.
Facilitate communication at a team / working group level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
Scope the system / regulation / policy / process: Work closely together with the Product Owner and other working group members, to ensure the right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect overall deliverable, ensure post go live follow up with all relevant Business and IT Teams
Ensure the good relationship and maintain strong momentum from all contributors
Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo. You will also be key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train non-squads stakeholders
Build expertise in a few areas and share this acquired knowledge across the Team
Your skills and experience:
12+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Management role within Banking Change Transformation within the Private Banking business
Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in agile teams; knowledge of agile methods & tools and Avaloq application
A University degree
Clear ability to provide concise & precise answers to a wide array of Business / Regulatory & Risk related topics; ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions
Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment; flexibility in moving between different requirements / projects
Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance; independent and proactive working method
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
