JOB FUNCTIONS:

• To conduct/ review and analyze information procured and ensure that Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence for maintenance of existing client accounts is in compliance with local regulations as well as the Bank\'s global procedures.
• KYC CSO must be familiar and proficient on KYC, knowledge with high sensitivity to legal, compliance and operational risks.
• Ensure that the KYC Due Diligence package for existing client is completed accurately and in a timely manner in form and substance as required for review by AML Committee/Compliance/Management.
• Ensure proper procurement, maintenance and updates of KYC Due Diligence documentation in the bank\xe2\x80\x99s record.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collection and analysis of SOW/SOF information.
• Perform name screening and background check.
• Activity check and analysis of existing documents. Obtain new documents if any changes are observed.
• Maintenance of existing client accounts for accuracy and compliance with the bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Handle the workflow until final sign off.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably degree holder in business or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years\' s experience in conducting KYC review and client relationship management in Private Banking segment;
• Be able to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Chinese (the role require to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
• Organized and meticulous.
