Explore, identify, and execute on growth opportunities
Ensure the platform\'s family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia
Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
Understand platform\'s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
Your Background
Experience with advertising, commerce, messaging, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired
Good to have experience in influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale
Good to have experience in partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on and a self-starter
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
Fluency in both Bahasa and English
Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus
Must have experience in working on digital advertising role
Experience working in global companies and abroad (communication, collaboration)
Understanding of global product life cycle
Need to have an experience influencing and often selling to XFN teams
Need to have great market understanding and key themes of growth in the digital aspects (payments, social media)
Need to have an appreciation of cultural trend that translate into online
Strong digital product and business background is a plus. Can consider PMM experience too
Product background mostly focused on business instead of consumer products
