International Product Growth Specialist

The Opportunity

  • Provide local insights and local knowledge about digital advertising - identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for platform\'s success in Indonesia
  • Explore, identify, and execute on growth opportunities
  • Ensure the platform\'s family of apps is fully functional and well adapted to be successful in Indonesia
  • Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
  • Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps
  • Design and oversee local execution of a continuous testing plan for important end-to-end flows
  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
  • Understand platform\'s strategic and competitive position in the region and work to improve it
Your Background
  • Experience with advertising, commerce, messaging, technologies, and platforms is strongly desired
  • Good to have experience in influencing multiple stakeholders at a global scale
  • Good to have experience in partnering with product management or product growth at a global scale
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on and a self-starter
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Fluency in both Bahasa and English
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent working experience will be a plus
  • Must have experience in working on digital advertising role
  • Experience working in global companies and abroad (communication, collaboration)
  • Understanding of global product life cycle
  • Need to have an experience influencing and often selling to XFN teams
  • Need to have great market understanding and key themes of growth in the digital aspects (payments, social media)
  • Need to have an appreciation of cultural trend that translate into online
  • Strong digital product and business background is a plus. Can consider PMM experience too
  • Product background mostly focused on business instead of consumer products
