Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking a Product Manager with at least 6 years of experience in Brand Marketing. The role reports to the Group Product Manager and will be interacting with the different teams such as Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Ad agencies, and suppliers. The successful candidate may be based in Pasig City.

1.1 New Product Development / Enhancement

Product Equity Management
2.1 Equity Standards Development
2.2 Product Planning, Implementation and Monitoring
a) Product Positioning
b) Product Planning
c) Pricing
d) Advertising and Promotions (Creative Advertising, Media Advertising, Promotions, Distribution)
2.3 Sales, Market Share and Business Forecasting
A&P Resource Management
Analysis of Marketing Information
Product Financial Planning and Development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Economics or equivalent
• Solid 6-8 years experience in brand marketing from an FMCG industry
• Strong Managerial competencies in leadership development, managerial coaching, and mentoring
• Must be responsible and trustworthy, able to multi-task, and have keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• With organizational, strategic, technical and leadership competencies.
• Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
• Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
