What You Will Do
Support and assist in coordination of ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) and East Asian Business Council (EABC) meetings. This includes:
Assist in research, stakeholder mapping, and documentation preparation to support early-stage planning.
Helping to compile historical budgets, draft cost templates, and coordinate with finance teams to support budget development and tracking.
Coordinating for ASEAN-BAC I & II/2026 and EABC I & II/2026 meetings, which will be held in Jan-Feb and May 2026 respectively (e.g., support logistics, document preparation, stakeholder liaison, and post-event reporting).
Administrative support - assist in other miscellaneous and administrative tasks where necessary.
Who We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Energetic, proactive, organised.
Good written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Interest in public policy.
* Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3-6 months starting from January 2026.
