Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies to increase international sales and market share. Identify and build strong relationships with overseas distributors, partners, and clients. Conduct market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams on export documentation and shipping arrangements. Ensure all export transactions comply with international trade laws and company policies. Attend international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings to promote products and services. Provide after-sales service and maintain ongoing relationships with global clients. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in international or regional sales. Strong understanding of export procedures, incoterms, and shipping documentation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to develop new accounts and manage existing clients.
