- Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
- Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
- Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
- Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
- Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as required.
- Diploma / Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
- Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
- Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
- Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE \xe2\x80\x93 Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
- Learn about operation planning and management,
- Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
