1. Attain an
understanding/appreciation
of CORE principles and Lean methodology.
2. Assist in daily MDI.
3. Assist in productivity project on variation hours related like time studies by video and operational process steps on micro level.
4. Asist in Bedok Shop Floor Tools Modularization Project and support Advanced Manufacturing Technology team for future projects.
5. Assist in turnback collections and analysis (QCPC).
6. Undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects assigned.
7. Assist in fixture and model drawing by Unigraphics NX application.
8. Timely completion of ITC and Ethics online training (GLP) as its compulsory.
9. Assist in PIP, ACE and LLW activities,
PIP (Productivity Improvement Project): To involve on new short-term project and support the project time savings on thier project by monthly.
(LLW: Its Lean Leadership Week (a week project, as we need the current state and future state (after improvement) to calculate the productivity savings. So, need to take time study for current state and future state with detailed activities of a cycle to fabricate the part.
