How will you contribute to the success of FedEx?

• You will be supporting the Organization Design team within our Human Resource Department to create what\'s next in Organization Structure, Job Analysis and .

• You will be involving in projects as appropriate and supporting the team with their daily work as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor degree undergraduate students from Business, Marketing, Communications or related HR field is preferred

• Willing to learn, self-motivated, service-minded, and with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Good interpersonal, communication & networking skills who works well in a team.
