What the role is:

Affordable Housing Research Collaboration with Urban Innovation Vienna. Support in the development of a joint research publication and knowledge exchange programme with UIV and Vienna City Hall officials in Singapore, and related comparative thinkpieces between the two cities. Support the organisation of the WCS Knowledge Council in the lead-up and during WCS2024.

What you will be working on:

Assist with CLC\'s Knowledge Council and assist with other CLC-led events at WCS24. Intern will assist the KC team in planning and secretariat work to assemble eminent experts for the World Cities Summit KC, and to host them during the World Cities Summit 2024. Intern will also have the opportunity to work on forging strategic city-to-city collaborations and partnerships for shaping future-ready cities. Intern would be involved with SMU\'s panel event where WCS24 participants would be engaged in a discussion on urban and urban governance issues. Intern would also assist with HDB\'s panel and discussion on housing affordability.

What we are looking for:

Candidates in the following courses: Social Sciences, such as Geography, Psychology, Sociology. Comfortable with events. Comfortable with writing and presenting. Candidates applying should be at least undergraduates. Candidates applying should be Singaporeans.
