Job Description

The student, as part of the Application Engineering team and under the guidance of an assigned supervisor, will undertake projects working on system hardware/firmware/software solutions development activities related to various use cases with security products.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Assist engineers in system project code development, testing and verification of microcontrollers system and security products.

Build evaluation kits and perform system function verification and testing.

Prepare application notes and getting started guides for various solutions developed.

Assist in coding in C/C++, Python and shell scripts languages in Linux/Windows environment. Help manage codes developed on GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

Internship Learning Outcomes:

Acquire knowledge and methodology in system troubleshooting and analysis.

Document outcomes of the analysis. Acquire programming and system security knowhow in Linux/Windows.

Collaborate and contribute to open source development projects.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

On track to attain Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Computer/ Industrial Engineering.

Prior coding experience in any programming languages with software version control tool (GIT). Prior Linux and MCU based programming. Exposure in system technical / functional analysis. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and document preparation. Possess analytic and problem solving skills. Preferred Internship Period: Jun 26 - Dec 26
