Job description
In your new role you will:
- Scripting to automate creation of specific geometrical models
- Establish workflow between Inventor/Fusion 360 and Moldflow software to enable geometric DoEs of mold flow simulation
- 3D model creation and modification for simulation purpose
- Develop scripts to enable automation of parametric study / DoE of selected geometric parameters for molding simulation; scripts needs to run Autodesk Inventor and Moldflow environment
- Digitalize simulation data and prepare for input to machine learning model; may need to develop script to automate process
- Understand the integration of parametric CAD modeling and CAE tools for design/process optimization
- Integration of machine learning and CAE tool to improve predictability of CAE tool
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Computer Engineering
- A Self-driven individual with strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills
- Resourceful in finding relevant information to help in projects
- Hand-on experience in usage of Autodesk products such as Inventor, Fusion 360, Moldflow; scripting in Autodesk environment
- Familiar with Visual Basic scripting, Autodesk Moldflow and Inventor API\'s
- Experience in Ansys usage will be a bonus
