What the role is:Organising Committee for Mayors Forum 2025 - assist with the VIP invitations/RSVP and managing enquiries from Mayors/Young Leaders, programme curation for Young Leaders Symposium, updating database and preparing presentations to update management/stakeholdersWhat you will be working on:Liasing with senior officials and external stakeholders, how to interact with all levels, presentation skills and writing skills, critical thinking and independent learning, geo-political sensitivities, protocal and etiquette etcWhat we are looking for:Strong in Excel. Meticulous and detailed oriented. Candidates should be undergraduates. Candidates should be able to commit for 3-6 Months from Oct 2024 to Jul 2025.
