Job Overview
The Community Management Trainee for World of Tanks & World of Warships will report to Regional Publishing Producer, Operations, WOWS Franchise APAC and Regional Community Manager, WOT Franchise APAC in understanding and reporting for day-to-day operation of World of Tanks & World of Warships in Singapore. The Community Management Trainee will also work with the APAC Community, CS, and Content team to ensure the language\'s accuracy and quality. The role will focus on supporting the team with information collection, data analysis, and visualized reporting for improving every aspect of community/CS/Content and product publishing and operations and better decision-making.

What will you learn?
Support the daily execution and growth across social, community, and influencer programs, set priorities, and do what it takes to achieve the team\'s strategic goals
Support the daily execution of the CS work to help, and encourage our audience
Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions as well as community engagement performance
Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on CS and suggestions to improve the product and enhance the audience\'s engagement
Proofread before/after the publication on the official community channels, and marketing action
Support the localization of content in Chinese to make sure it is in a native manner
Create daily and weekly reports for the identified key learnings and improvement areas.
Support/Learn communication as a bridge between local and regional/global
Work with other country\'s community managers to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure campaigns are tailored to be impactful and appropriate regionally and locally
Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on community trend
Work closely with the Community/CS/Content team to develop a thorough understanding of the operations

Native level of proficiency in Chinese to work with Simplified/Traditional Chinese community
High efficient in social media space

Streaming experience or open to streaming
