What the role is:Human Resource and Organisation Development (HROD) aims to attract talent, develop staff capabilities and build a vibrant and people centric culture in MCCY. We are committed to developing our staff through targeted career and training development plans, and creating a conducive workplace that will foster a motivated and engaged workforce. The employee wellbeing team in Human Resource develops strategies and relevant initiatives to support employee work-life in MCCY. The team is constantly reviewing and improving work-life initiatives that resonates with employees. The intern will be involved in developing and the programming of work-life initiatives.What you will be working on:The intern will be exposed to the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct survey on current employee wellbeing initiatives, analyse results and put forth recommendation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in the running of work-life programmes; \xe2\x80\xa2 Content development for electronic mailers and posters to advertise offerings; \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and develop EDM templates for intranet use; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse after event feedback and propose recommendations.What we are looking for:
