Job Description

This project role will enable the student to obtain in-depth knowledge and experience upon facilities engineering and projects which covers major equipment such as chillers, cooling towers etc. and understanding redundancy requirements, energy management, sustainability and project management.

In your new role you will:

Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules

Monitor and analyze utility consumption Implement sustainability strategies to reduce waste and energy consumption

Manage projects from conception to completion

Apply engineering principles to improve facility operations

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting Collaborate with contractors and other teams

Internship Learning Outcomes:

Gain hands-on experience with facility management systems and equipment

Develop understanding of engineering principles and their application in facility management

Learn to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems

Familiarize yourself with industry-specific software and tools

Understand the principles of sustainability and energy efficiency in facility management

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

On track to attain Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical & Electronic / Material Science / Mechanical / Computer Engineering with a positive mindset

Studied Physics or engineering related subjects in G.C.E."O level" or equivalent Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint Good and positive attitude Able to prioritize tasks and meet timeline Willing to learn and interact with people
