Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Treasury operations and banking activities in Asia Pacific.
  • Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows for liquidity planning and control.
  • Monitor the completeness of bank transactions in SAP.
  • Manage vendor master data validations based on company policy and guidelines.
  • Responsible for Back-office confirmations and reporting of FX executed deals by the Front office for Asia Pacific.
  • Provide banking administrator support for all centralized countries in the region.
  • Support the implementation of treasury systems for new entity.
  • Work with bank counterparties on treasury operations / banking matters such as KYC, account management etc.
  • Facilitate monthly netting and confirmation process into Central System.
  • Forecast of manual pooling transactions into Central System.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of Backoffice dashboards.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments to support the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6

The following technical skills and experience:
  • Must be able to commit to 6 months on full time basis
  • Penultimate or final year student pursuing an Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office software including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Kyriba, SAP and/or Magnitude will be a plus.

  • Excellent communicator at all levels internally & externally with all stakeholders
  • Keen learner and detail oriented
  • Effective in time management and planning skills
  • Proactive, takes initiative and able to multi-task
  • Strong team player
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, and Mandarin to liaise with the Chinese market
