Learning Objectives:

To have an overview of a relationship manager\'s role in areas such as customer engagement, product cross-sell and credit underwriting.

To assist the business units with monthly reports to the department\'s management.
To assist with and participate in projects assigned by the business units on an ad-hoc basis.

QualificationsJob Requirements:

Team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Willing and comfortable to manage multiple projects
Domain knowledge or prior experience in banking, finance, relationship management or credit would be an advantage
