As a Credit Card Portfolio Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the analysis and development of credit card products and marketing strategies.   • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to support the development of effective marketing strategies
  • Customer Segmentation: Help identify and analyze customer segments based on behavior, creditworthiness, and preferences to enhance targeting efforts
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns aimed at increasing cardholder engagement and usage
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional teams to support various initiatives related to credit card portfolio management

  • A degree or masters in a relevant field
  • Proficient with MS office suite (includes Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Learning ObjectivesThis role will provide you with:
  • Understanding Credit Card Products: Gain a comprehensive understanding of various credit card products, including their features, benefits, and target customer segments
  • Portfolio Analysis Techniques: Learn and apply portfolio analysis techniques to assess the performance of existing credit card portfolios, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates, charge-off rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Marketing Strategies for Credit Card Products: Understand the principles of marketing within the financial services industry, specifically for credit card products, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing cardholder engagement and usage
