:- Assist in the redesigning of dashboards / tools and ensure they are user-friendly and intuitive. Focus on creating interfaces that are easy to understand, navigate, and use, thus optimizing engagement and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance communication effectiveness and efficiency.
