Play a key role in driving growth and innovation in People Analytics & Engagement as a People Analytics & Engagement Intern. As part of the Group Human Resources team, you'll contribute to the critical function of organization culture and employee engagement analysis, helping to develop business acumen and technical skills in data analysis and survey execution. You'll develop your skills in data analysis, interpretation, and communication while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you do
Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the design and development of people-related surveys in organization culture and employee engagement
• Participating in data analysis and insights sharing for business stakeholders
• Participating in the development of toolkits, solutions, and reference materials for people-related topics
• Developing insight-sharing materials and data visuals to communicate analysis results

Who you are

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• Hands-on or project experience in survey design, data analysis, or survey projects
• Experience in data visualization tools (MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Learning Objectives
This internship will provide you with:

• Acquiring business experience in organization culture and employee engagement analysis
• Developing business acumen of interpreting data and user insights for tangible business actions and initiatives
• Acquiring technical experience in executing enterprise-wide data collection and survey execution
• Hands-on experience in working with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Exposure to the people analytics and engagement function and the opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, interpretation, and communication
