As a Project Management Intern in the CFS Cards & Rewards team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT project management capabilities. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to the growth of the bank's technological landscape.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities, and have a strong sense of curiosity. You'll work closely with the project team to design and execute project plans, collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, and develop your project documentation and reporting skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:

  • IT Project Management Fundamentals: gain a comprehensive understanding of IT project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Project Management Support: assist in managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: learn to create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: develop skills in presenting project information effectively to stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned
