As the community leadership development arm of the People\'s Association (PA), National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building and citizen engagement efforts in Singapore. We are currently seeking an intern to participate in the PA Structured Internship Programme with NACLI. The internship is a great opportunity for you to appreciate PA\'s mission of building and bridging communities. At the same time, you will gain industry exposure and practical skills through working on meaningful Knowledge Management-related projects/assignments which are aimed at supporting NACLI\'s capability building efforts. To find out more about the experiences of our current and past interns, check out our social media postings at the following link: https://go.gov.sg/nacli-internship The intern will be supporting the Planning & Knowledge Management (P&KM) team in the following areas: Course Evaluation \xe2\x80\xa2 Extract raw responses and churn out effectiveness ratings for analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare draft course reports for LFs\' completion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track progress of completed course reports and send out reminders for outstanding reports. Course Report Data Cleaning and Data Mining \xe2\x80\xa2 Translate raw data responses to meaningful data for analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse trends based on the data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Draw basic insights based on the trends from the data. Organising KM Resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise documents in relevant P&KM repositories for easy search and retrieval \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with stakeholders to ensure archival and proper documentation of resources Learning objectives include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand how data and analysis are applied in a training institute\'s setting and the role it plays to an organisation\'s strategic planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be exposed to the dynamic work environment of a training institute, specifically in the area of KM, learn and build understanding on how KM contributes to the success of an organisation \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain communication skills through stakeholder engagement and collaborating with others to work toward a common goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in administrative processes and gain critical thinking skills through analysing and evaluating project issues and creating solutions to challenges.
