Job description
In your new role you will:
- Analyze current work procedures (Warehouse ops, Transit Management, Quality Ops) and propose productivity improvement, including optimization of current automation
- Analyze key KPI and its root cause for non-performance
- Involve in Logistics Digitalization and Decarbonation initiatives
- Be project manager of simple visualization dashboard
- Support in the preparation of logistics process and training documentation including confluence page set-up and e-content creation.
- Understand the Infineon Supply Chain and the full scope of Logistics operations
- Exposure to digitalization projects
- Develop project management skills through contribution to projects
- Understand business environment in Asia Pacific and Europe
- Learn to communicate with various stakeholders
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management or Engineering fields
- Academic exposure in Excel Macro, Tableau, Python or other programming languages is an advantage
- Good analytical skills with passion for Analytics Dashboard
- This is a 6 months internship opportunity. Candidates who could commit to a longer duration are welcome to apply
