Job Description

The student as part of Logistic Warehouse team will be working with various stakeholders inclusive of outsourced 3PL warehouse team to facilitate warehouse activities, covering receiving processing and customer order fulfilment operations and transactions via the Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, PIF SAP, Assist 4, PIO SAP).The student will have chance to involve in projects involving digitalization.

In your new role you will:

• Render support to ensure contractual key performance indicators (KPIs) and all set targets are met consistently
• Ensure all external partner personnel adhere to the official and approved operational procedure, safety, health, security and quality policies
• Detailed follow up of warehouse related issue / complaint to closure
• Responsible to deal with 3PL all key warehouse consumables required to run operations (i.e. carton box, tape, labels, ribbons, PE Bags, Paper Fillers, etc.)
• Responsible to support improvement projects to address customers' quality concerns
• Identify and manage potential improvements in operations
• Be involved in logistics warehouse digitalization initiatives.

• Understand business environment in Asia Pacific and Europe
• Learn to communicate with various stakeholders

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• On track to attaining Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or any related field.
• Academic exposure in Python, Tableau or other programming languages
• Keen learner and a self-motivated team player, you have the ability to multi-task across projects and priorities, with your strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and meticulous
• Ability to analyse data and recognize improvement opportunity
• Experience in SAP
