Work alongside with multidisciplinary professionals from different field of expertise and gain valuable insights to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, systems & facilities.Gain in-depth knowledge on the GSK systems (Facility Investment Planning, Capital Management & Design Engineering Standards).Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and utilize soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver assigned projects.You will lead to drive performance improvement of machineries inside factories within the a manufacturing group.You will support to develop specifications, standards & review improvement, and investment proposals to upgrade and expand facilities.Demonstrate creative mindset in problem solving and performance improvement including research and data analysis to support project decision-makingExplore opportunities in digitalization space (MS Power Platform, BI or other dashboarding tools) to enhance optimization and visualization of business and process data.You will assist in tracking project progress and identify potential risks and issues.You will assist in preparing reports and presentations on project status and performanceWhat will you learn?Gain exposure and understanding of the cGMP manufacturing facility including plant & Machineries used, Engineering Systems, and regulatory standards.Hands-on experience in working in central engineering team of a in a leading biopharma company.Acquire knowledge and application of Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and good documentation practices (GDP).Hands-on experience on interacting with Engineering and Manufacturing professionals across geographies as well as leading data analysis and interpretation of results to influence data-driven decision making.Gain insight into the capital investment & project portfolio management process in a bio-pharmaceutical industry setting.
