Job Description
As an intern, you will support the following topics, mainly by literature research or by support of running projects:
In your new role you will:
- Support the following topics, mainly by literature research or by support of running projects:
- Influence of various ingredients in molding compounds
- Corrosion studies for semiconductors
- Analysis of supplier landscape for various materials
- Summary of new research trends for back-end materials in the semiconductor industry
- Work in an innovation department for new back-end materials such as epoxy molding compounds
- Work in an innovative environment and get an impression how a global company deals with innovation.
- Work on literature research for various innovation topics and help to identify trends and development directions.
- Be part of an open-minded team, where everyone, including you can contribute and bring in your opinion.
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:
- Science/engineering background, preferably from chemistry/materials and are in your master studies.
- Open minded open to give your inputs and feedback.
- Eager to explore new topics from various industries and find ways to adapt/use them in the semiconductor industry.
- Interested in the semiconductor industry and innovation.
- Scientific writing experience and experience with literature studies.
